As a Technical Supporter Packaging, you are the contact point for our machine operators, the link to the Technical Service, and accompany cross-departmental projects. You belong to a team that proudly ensures reliable and efficient production every day.

 

Technical Supporter Packaging Machines

 

Your future main tasks:

• Empower and support machine operators in handling packaging machines in everyday life so that technical issues can be resolved quickly and sustainably
• Analyse and further develop packaging processes to continuously improve quality, productivity and machine efficiency
• Accompany packaging tests and product launches to ensure new products and packaging solutions are successfully transferred into production
• Actively shape projects and contribute technical knowledge to innovatively further develop packaging and technology solutions

 

Your ideal qualifications:

• Technical basic training, for example as a production mechanic, as well as initial professional experience in a production environment
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in conveying knowledge clearly and supporting employees in their daily work
