- You are part of the clinical pharmacy team and regularly participate in interdisciplinary (Kardex‑) rounds
- You further develop clinical pharmacy and support the establishment of the FPH Clinical Pharmacy training center
- You answer pharmaceutical inquiries in the drug information service from medical and nursing staff
- You actively participate in projects, especially in the digitization of medication processes
- You take shifts in the on-call service and thus contribute to continuous care
This is what you bring
- You have a degree in pharmacy with a federal or recognized diploma – ideally complemented by experience in a hospital pharmacy
- You have further training in FPH Clinical Pharmacy (or an equivalent qualification)
- You are proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of SAP MM/APM and KISIM is an advantage
- You work with quality awareness, responsibility, and reliability – precision is a matter of course for you
- You value interdisciplinary collaboration, actively contribute to the team, and maintain a respectful interaction
