Tasks

• You have the chance to accompany apprentices in the 1st and 2nd year and awaken their enthusiasm for electronics
• You accompany the apprentices from the 3rd to the 4th year at our partner companies
• You can significantly and continuously further develop the electronics training area and increase the attractiveness of the profession
• You maintain a partnership-based cooperation with customers and assist with acquisition
• You organize and conduct internal and inter-company courses for electronics technicians EFZ
• You work in a motivated team that lives innovation and collaboration.
• You can develop personally and professionally

Requirements

• Completed training as a draftsman EFZ and at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the machine industry
• Very good knowledge in handling CAD systems, preferably CREO and Siemens NX
• Pedagogical skills (e.g. SVEB1) and higher professional education
• Motivation to pass on your knowledge and inspire the next generation
