Head Waiter at Matcha Picchu (M/F)
Responsibilities
- You manage the dining service according to the hotel standards
- You supervise the smooth running of the service and the organisation of your section
- You ensure the cleanliness and arrangement of the restaurant dining room
- You guarantee an exceptional guest experience in a refined setting
- You supervise the assistant head waiter and the commis assigned to your section
- You ensure the quality of service while respecting the establishment's requirements
Profile sought
- You have proven experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant
- You master high-end service techniques
- You have excellent culinary and oenological knowledge
- You are dynamic, organised and able to work in a team
- You speak fluent English, any other language is an asset
