• Procurement and sale of original Volvo and third-party parts according to quality and process guidelines
• Competent customer advice including preparation of quotations and package offers
• Warehouse management and ensuring parts availability, active participation in inventory
• Responsible for exchange and returns processing as well as the return of warranty parts
• Preparation of daily and monthly accounts
• Gradual development towards taking over warehouse management as part of a planned succession arrangement

What must be in your backpack:

• Completed training in automotive after-sales or experience in warehouse/spare parts logistics
• Good IT skills are essential as well as openness to digital processes
• Independent working style, organisational talent and ability to work in a team
• High quality standards and service orientation
• Driving licence category B is mandatory and ideally also a forklift licence R1/S2 is present
• Very good German skills and enjoyment in contact with internal and external stakeholders
