Your main tasks:
- Processing technician feedback, on-call notifications, commissioning protocols, reminders, customer complaints as well as assigned mail customer inquiries
- Creating and following up on service offers based on service feedback
- Material orders based on offers or special designs
- Planning and organizing with and for subcontractors
- You are responsible for long-term planning (especially commissioning) and, in cooperation with the front office, the optimal utilization of service technicians
- Supporting the front office during bottlenecks
- Additionally, you take on further administrative and organizational tasks
- Varied and responsible tasks in a collegial and helpful team
- Hub function with decision-making authority

- Training in commercial field or equivalent experience
- Ideally, you have experience as a service technician and have completed further training as a technical salesman or are currently undergoing training for it
- Excellent communication skills orally and in writing in German, additional languages are an advantage
- Experience as a call center agent (inbound/outbound, front/back office, etc.) is an advantage
- Structured and careful way of working
- Experience in complaint management
- Very resilient even in hectic situations
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
