You and your team ensure that our buildings are always clean, safe and welcoming. In this versatile leadership role, you coordinate the building cleaning, pitch in yourself when needed and make an important contribution to a professional working environment at Emmi. You combine operational responsibility with forward-looking personnel deployment planning and actively contribute to the further development of your team.

What you can achieve
- You lead the directly subordinate employees in the cleaning team based on performance, behaviour and development goals and ensure optimal deployment planning.
- You organise, coordinate and control the daily building cleaning and ensure a high quality of service.
- You support the Facility Services team management in administrative tasks and on-site coordination.
- You independently take care of minor maintenance and repair work in tenant fit-outs, on operational equipment and furniture.
- You organise and coordinate external maintenance and repair work, obtain quotes, compare and evaluate them, and check work reports.
- You care for plants indoors and outdoors and contribute to a well-maintained environment.
- You commission the water feature annually, check the technology, clean the water basin and monitor the water quality.
- You operate, monitor and control building technical systems, the building management system as well as safety technology systems (fire alarm system).
- You conduct regular inspection rounds, are present on site and actively support during alarms and emergencies.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or have a technical or craft-based basic education.
- You bring several years of professional experience and ideally first leadership experience in the field of building cleaning, facility management or technical service.
- You have experience in leading, motivating and developing employees. You have good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- You communicate confidently in German and convince with a service-oriented and reliable working style. You enjoy contact with internal and external stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
- You are characterised by flexibility, organisational talent and a high degree of personal responsibility.
