Are you ready for your fresh start in sanitary planning?<p>To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and interested individual with enthusiasm for planning modern and technically sophisticated sanitary systems.</p><p>In this exciting role, you will work on diverse and innovative projects in the field of building services engineering. Your area of responsibility includes, among other things:</p><ul><li>Conceptualisation and planning of sanitary systems </li><li>Coordination of the HVAC/E trades and ensuring a smooth project process</li><li>Creation of schematics and technical documents using modern planning tools</li><li>Working with advanced 3D modelling infrastructure (BIM-oriented planning)</li><li>Close collaboration with an experienced team and active support within project organisation</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We accompany our projects holistically across all SIA phases (21–6). You can expect a wide range of demanding construction projects – from office buildings to schools, commercial, and residential properties.</p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;">Your responsibilities range from developing initial concepts through technical calculations and advising our clients to detailed execution planning and specialist site management. You will independently lead your projects through to commissioning and successful handover to our clients. </span></p>

What you bring:
<div>For this responsible role, we are looking for a professionally solid person with broad knowledge in sanitary planning.</div><div><br></div><div>You have an interest in well-thought-out and aesthetic sanitary concepts and enjoy challenging system solutions as well as the design and optimisation of drinking water, wastewater, and hot water systems.</div><div><br></div><div>What additionally distinguishes you:</div><div><br></div><ul><li>A completed education in sanitary engineering (HF advantageous)</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in the design and execution planning of sanitary systems </li><li>Practical approach, negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Good German language skills, spoken and written</li></ul>
