As part of a succession plan, we are seeking on behalf of the Board of Directors a strong and personable leader as

Managing Director

Your area of responsibility Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you are responsible for the successful operational management of the company. Based on strategic objectives, you develop tailored marketing concepts and implement them successfully. With creative and forward-looking ideas, you develop and market the company towards a bright future. Through close collaboration with adjacent or related tourist attractions, you leverage synergies to further invigorate the tourism attraction "Untersee and Rhein." You assume responsibility for revenue and earnings and maintain intensive contact with regional and national tour operators, tourism organisations, and public transport. You represent the company externally and further develop relationships with the public, associations, and relevant professional committees. You manage day-to-day operations competently and responsibly, setting the right priorities. Thanks to your entrepreneurial foresight, you ensure the company’s progressive development and work with the Board of Directors to establish the necessary strategic directions.

Your personality You are an entrepreneurial, quick-thinking, and convincing leader. You have proven experience in marketing and sales within the tourism sector. Your communication skills, natural authority, and role model qualities are character traits that define you as a person. As a doer, you have a confident demeanour and an eye for the company’s potential. You are strong in contact and communication and bring good organisational and planning skills. You possess high social competence, enabling you to lead the company successfully into the future together with your employees.
