About the job

• Analysis, structuring and maintenance of complex system and subsystem requirements in the field of information and communication technology (ICT), including ensuring testability and continuous traceability.
• Creation of user stories, use cases and specifications
• Collaboration in the agile team for Linux-based software development from requirements to documentation.
• Active participation in reviews and functional tests as well as active further development of methods, processes and tools in requirements engineering
• Technical advice to project management on feasibility analyses, normative evaluation and effort estimates in specialist matters

• Completed technical studies (FH/Uni/ETH) and ideally further training in requirements and cyber security engineering
• Experience in network technology (CISCO based) is a prerequisite
• You are familiar with software development
• Several years of industrial experience in requirements engineering in a technically demanding ICT environment (authorities; industrial companies);
• Structured, analytical way of working as well as pronounced ability for interface communication with development, project management and our customers
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
