Your Tasks
The Production Department supplies the cantonal hospital with aseptically manufactured and non-sterile products on a prescription and batch scale. As a pharmacist, you carry out the control and release of the manufactured products and participate in production planning to ensure compliant and demand-oriented supply. You act independently in the correct implementation of PIC/GMP guidelines and contribute with your strong commitment to quality to the continuous optimization of processes. The creation, revision, and review of GMP documents in the production area are also part of your responsibilities. Based on the hospital's needs, you support the team in developing new products and maintain close contact with doctors and nursing staff. In addition, you participate in the on-call service of the hospital pharmacy.
Your Profile
You have a degree as a federally certified pharmacist or a recognized diploma (MEBEKO) and ideally bring initial experience in a hospital pharmacy or the pharmaceutical industry. You are familiar with small-scale drug manufacturing and PIC/GMP guidelines. As an independent, reliable, loyal, and flexible personality, you value good interdisciplinary collaboration in a small team. You are resilient and willing to take responsibility. Good IT skills, very good German language skills, and good communication with colleagues, doctors, and nursing staff complete your profile.
