For our location in Zug, we are looking for a

Assistant Educator (m/f, 100% workload) from December 2026 or by arrangement

Your main tasks:
• Co-responsibility for children aged from 3 months to kindergarten entry
• Goal-oriented and constructive work according to our pedagogical concept
• Co-designing activities in everyday life according to the weekly programme
• Co-responsibility for compliance with concepts (hygiene concept, safety/emergency concept)
• Co-responsibility for the care, condition, and completeness of play materials as well as for the care and order of the premises

Your profile:
• Federal certificate of competence as a childcare/education professional (e.g. FaBeK or early childhood education) or an equivalent qualification
• Loving interaction with children
• High flexibility
