Job description:

• Responsibility for SAP Integration & Data Management
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, innovation and employee development
• Management of day-to-day operations and project business as well as development, planning and implementation of the SAP strategy and the SAP roadmap
• Independent design and implementation of integration and data management solutions in the SAP environment
• (Partial) project management in internal and external projects
• Strategic and cross-solution architecture consulting for integration and data management in the context of SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP
• Self-directed training and further education in new subject areas
• Taking over pre-sales and sales activities in the role of a solution sales and advisor
• Writing expert articles in trade and industry magazines and actively promoting SAP Partner Management

As the premier supplier to our client, a leading Swiss IT Service company in Switzerland. Swisslinx is looking for a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a Tean Lead SAP Technology Expert. 

Our client is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for a team focused on BTP, Integration, AI, Data & Lifecycle Management. Your team will ensure that our client's solutions are not only innovative, but also robust, maintainable, and operationally anchored. You will steer the implementation of technical excellence and further develop our capabilities for automation, scaling, and integration - in close coordination with AMS, Architecture, and our partners. 

Requirements:

• You have several years of experience in a comparable position
• You are good at conceptualizing and presenting complex issues
• A high degree of self-motivation, reliability and the willingness to take responsibility for issues characterize you
• Entrepreneurial mindset, broad industry experience and networking round off your profile
• You must be fluent in German and English
