The cross-sectional Operations area consists of the departments of Hospitality, Economics, Property Maintenance, Security and Forensic Security Service of the PDAG. The numerous tasks and services not only ensure the smooth operation of the PDAG but also create important conditions for the development of treatment efficiency, treatment effectiveness, and the attractiveness of the workplace and treatment. In addition, the Operations area is responsible for property projects, which include not only leasing and renting but also the construction of properties, maintenance, and renovation of buildings.
Profile
- Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the field of green space maintenance or related professions
- Interest and willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration
- PC skills and driving licence category B
- Strong team spirit and great service mentality
- Resilient, flexible, customer-oriented, high personal responsibility and reliability
Tasks
- General work in the maintenance of the 24-hectare park
- Maintenance and repair work on the listed park grounds
- Management of green spaces, perennials, shrub beds, and tree care
- Co-supervision of the gardening machinery fleet
- Administrative tasks such as ticket system, work reports, performance recording
- Good knowledge in operating agricultural and horticultural machinery and equipment
- Assistance in the care of animals such as sheep and deer
- Performing winter service and on-call duty
