What you can do with us
- Participation in the management of our accident/illness/absence tool (UKA), checking and filing of medical certificates as well as reconciliation with our time management tool
- Handling general administrative tasks and internal enquiries via email, ticket system, telephone or in personal contact
- Assistance in keeping our USB internal regulations up to date
- Advice and support for enquiries from line management and employees
- Participation in training for our plan sheet managers
- Planning and management of the time recording tool PEP Polypoint
What you bring with you
- You are currently in the third year of business school
- You enjoy contact with people
- You are flexible and enjoy working in a team
- You have a flair for numbers and enjoy IT tools
- Good knowledge of common Office programmes, especially Excel
