Work Educator / Work Educator in Domestic Services (80-100%)

Our residents, our external day care providers, and our people with support needs are at the centre of our actions and efforts. Domestic services encompass a wide range of meaningful activities, both in laundry and cleaning. In both areas, we work closely with the specialist teams and can thus find suitable work for all the people entrusted to us and live inclusion and participation daily.

We look forward to welcoming you, an open and positive personality who succeeds well in guiding, integrating, and appropriately supporting currently 43 people under care with a respectful and empathetic manner.

Wagerenhof

The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called "Wagi") in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for over 100 years and offers accompanied workplaces for over 50 employees with support needs.
