Your Role

In this varied role, you accompany our private customers on their way to their new kitchen. You combine technical understanding with creativity and personal advice and develop solutions that are both functional and visually appealing. You take responsibility, contribute your ideas, and support our customers from the first consultation to the successful implementation of their new kitchen. Your craftsmanship know-how is the ideal foundation for this. Experience in kitchen sales is an advantage but not a must.

You can look forward to the following tasks

• You accompany our private customers in the showroom and on site on their way to their new kitchen.
• From the offer through the measurement to the installation and invoicing, you keep an overview and ensure successful implementation.
• You sell kitchens, small orders, and individual additional services tailored to the wishes and needs of our customers.
• For kitchen replacements, you plan smaller conversions and ensure that all parties involved work together optimally.
• Together with your team, you look after our showroom and participate in customer events.

With these skills you are well prepared

• A completed training in interior finishing, ideally as a carpenter EFZ, or several years of experience in selling kitchen furniture.
• You combine technical understanding with a good sense of colours, shapes, and design.
• Enjoyment in dealing with people, a winning manner, and genuine interest in advice and sales characterise you.
• Sales experience is a plus but not a must. Much more important are your motivation and your joy in learning new things.
• Independent working, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented mindset complete your profile.
