Scope of work

• Purchasing processing: Independent handling of the entire purchasing process
• Master data management: Maintaining master data using SAP
• Scheduling and delivery management: Monitoring and coordinating order confirmations and delivery dates
• Advertising planning: Administrative management of advertising planning
• Article management: Responsible for the allocation of articles to the branches
• Interface management: Liaison to internal departments as well as suppliers
• Administrative processing: Handling administrative processing tasks

• Education: Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience: Experience in purchasing, furniture industry advantageous
• Working method: Quick comprehension as well as reliable and efficient working style
• Personal skills: Customer-oriented, team-capable and independent personality
• Language skills: Good foreign language skills in French and English advantageous
• IT skills: Sound MS Office skills, ideally experience with SAP
