Senior Purchasing Coordinator (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Coordinating goods disposition
- Ensuring smooth and efficient disposition of warehouse items through analysis, maintenance, and optimization of forecast parameters
- Independent disposition of assortment and promotional items, taking into account customer and market information as well as stock levels
- Independently triggering orders in our SAP R/3 to our suppliers and monitoring order confirmations and timely goods receipts
- Ensuring optimal goods flow to our branches
- Participation in projects as well as further development of tools and processes
- Contact person for suppliers, our purchasing department, the branches, and logistics
- Supporting the purchasing team in assortment decisions through analyses
What you bring with you
- Solid commercial training and several years of professional experience
- Strong affinity for numbers as well as good SAP/R3, Excel, and MS Office skills
- Independent, conscientious, and service-oriented working style
- Precise way of working
- Foreign language skills in English and French
