After successful establishment in several European markets, there is a rare opportunity to actively help shape the market development in Switzerland. For a newly created position, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded, and sales-strong personality to start immediately or by arrangement. Region Mittelland and Lucerne.

Your tasks:

• Building and sustainable development of the customer base (ophthalmologists, clinics, specialists)
• Acquisition of new customers and identification of market potentials
• Building a network of decision-makers and opinion leaders
• Professional product presentation and training of specialist staff
• Analysis of sales figures and prioritisation of the most important accounts
• Independent organisation of training sessions and product presentations
• Close cooperation with marketing and management to implement the strategy

Your profile:

• Several years of successful experience in pharmaceutical or MedTech field sales in Switzerland
• Well-established network with ophthalmologists, clinics, and relevant contacts
• Winning personality with strong communication skills
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation
• Very good German skills as well as good English or French skills
• Residence in the sales region
