Construction Supervision Specialist 100%

Your tasks:

• Conducting building inspections (profile inspection, shell construction inspection, final inspection)
• Writing interim and final reports
• Assisting with the acceptance of property drainage systems
• Managing the drainage inventory
• Contact person for common land use
• Competent advice at the counter and by telephone

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training with several years of professional experience in the construction sector and preferably higher professional education
• Good technical and factual knowledge of building legislation
• Fluency in written and spoken expression in the official language
• PC user skills and proficient handling of digital platforms from federal, cantonal and association levels
• Team player, reliable and flexible
• Flair for organisational tasks
• Independent and goal- and procedure-oriented
• Precise and responsible working style
• Enjoyment in contact with authorities, construction stakeholders, planners and clients
