Your Tasks

Technical and personnel management of around 17 employees in soft and hard machining as well as industrialisation, including target agreements, development and recruitment.

Responsibility for capacity, deployment and detailed planning in shift operations, coordinated with assembly, procurement and assembly planning.

Ensuring high-quality, cost-efficient and timely parts production including handling of quality reports and implementation of improvement measures.

Continuous optimisation of process chains, machine utilisation and batch sizes as well as participation in make-or-buy decisions.

Responsibility for work plans, standard times and production orders in SAP as well as ensuring maintenance, occupational safety and relevant environmental aspects.

Your Profile

Basic mechanical training with further education at HF or FH level in manufacturing or production technology.

Several years of leadership experience in mechanical manufacturing.

Very good practical experience in turning, milling as well as internal and external cylindrical grinding; knowledge in automation and CAM, preferably Mastercam.

Experience in production planning and control as well as confident handling of SAP and MS Office.

Strong technical understanding as well as a solution- and implementation-oriented, assertive and communicative leadership personality; negotiation-level German, French and/or English advantageous.
