Your mission:

• welcome patients
• assist medical staff in examinations and medical procedures
• manage administrative tasks related to medical records, billing and appointments
• correct and send consultation reports
• coordinate room occupancy according to users’ needs
• maintain stock management and cleanliness in the premises as well as in consultation rooms

Your profile:

• Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as medical assistant or equivalent diploma
• proven experience in the medical field
• proficiency in French and very good knowledge of German
• excellent command of IT tools (MS Office)
• knowledge of institutional applications (Polypoint, MedFolio) is an asset
