Raiffeisenbank Region Zofingen is a successful, locally rooted cooperative bank with three branches. Together with more than 55 committed employees, we dedicate ourselves daily to the financial concerns of our customers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a competent and customer-oriented personality as a Customer Advisor Basic with the main place of work in Zofingen.Customer Advisor Basic (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- Co-responsibility for operations and ensuring daily business at our cashless counters (infodesks) in the three branches in Zofingen, Oftringen and Safenwil
- Independent advice to our team-supported customers in the area of basic solutions, saving and payments as well as simple investment and pension advice
- Active approach in the areas of investing, financing and pensions (including pension and estate planning) and referral to the responsible specialist advisors
- Recognising and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of our team’s customers
- Participation in the support team for our ATMs

- Completed banking training and/or experience in bank customer advice
