Around 100 staff from the fields of nursing, hospitality, technology and gastronomy are responsible for professional and value-oriented care and support. Ward Manager 80 - 100%

Your tasks

• Direct professional, organisational and personnel management of the nursing team
• Responsibility for the daily routine and needs-based deployment planning
• Ensuring professional, competent and resident-oriented care and support in the ward
• Planning, controlling and monitoring the entire nursing process (LOBOS, interRAI LTCF)
• Assuming daily and house responsibility
• Active participation in the nursing team
• Staff development, guidance and support of apprentices and students
• Promoting a respectful, open and solution-oriented team culture
• Participation in internal projects

Your profile

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• Further training in leadership or management
• Several years of professional and leadership experience
• High professional, social and personal competence
• Self-responsibility and assertiveness
• Communicative and team-oriented skills
• Enjoyment of a demanding leadership role
