The 5* Hotel de la Cigogne, a Relais & Châteaux establishment, has 50 rooms, junior suites, and suites, each decorated in a different style. This charming house features a gourmet restaurant as well as a beautiful lounge for meetings, cocktails, lunches, and dinners accommodating up to 40 people.

Job Description

• Ensure a warm and professional welcome;
• Handle reservations using the Protel software;
• Know how to manage customer complaints;
• Manage phone calls and emails;
• Perform check-in/check-out according to 5* standards;
• Manage the cash register and transactions;
• Perform Night Auditor duties during their rest days and vacations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a hotel school or equivalent qualification;
• 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Languages: French and English required;
• Knowledge of Protel software is an asset;
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills;
• Strong team spirit;
• Good observation and listening skills;
• Service and hospitality mindset.

Additional Information

Job Details

• Work on weekends and public holidays;
• Day, evening, and night shifts;
• At least 1 weekend per month;
• Annual salary over 13 months between 54,600.- and 58,500.- depending on experience and qualifications;
• Night shift bonus;
• 13th salary paid in June and December.
