About the job

You will join an administrative team, playing an operational and essential support role for the smooth organisation of daily activities. We are looking for a person with professional experience, capable of working independently, accurately and reliably, and contributing to the continuity of the administrative area in the medium term.

• Managing the telephone switchboard and the main e-mail address
• Sorting and managing incoming mail
• Welcoming guests and supporting the front office
• Invoicing debtors and creditors
• Supporting the Fleet department in managing vehicle documentation

·    Federal certificate of competence as a Commercial Employee AFC or equivalent/higher qualification

·    Proven professional experience in administrative or secretarial functions, with the ability to manage assigned tasks independently

·    Strong orientation towards quality of work, service and confidentiality

·    Excellent organisational skills, operational autonomy and sense of responsibility

·    Teamwork attitude and collaborative approach

·    Interest in joining a stable role, with prospects for continuity and growth over time

·    Excellent knowledge of Italian (spoken and written) and good knowledge of German
