• You independently lead groups of up to 15 people on approximately 90-minute experience tours through our museum and chocolate production - in German, English and, if necessary, in other languages you master
• You inspire our international audience as a passionate host - from families and tourists to business customers and partners of Läderach
• You represent Läderach with charm and professionalism and convey interesting facts about our chocolate and its production in a lively and interactive way
• You assist with chocolate tastings, special events and, if necessary, at the Welcome Desk, with reservations and ticket issuance
• You take on various preparatory, concluding and background tasks related to the tours and work closely with live production, the Welcome Desk and the café
• You receive comprehensive training and learn everything important about Läderach, our chocolate and your tasks

• You love standing in front of people, speaking freely and inspiring groups with your enthusiasm
• You communicate fluently and confidently in German and English and present confidently in both languages
• You enjoy guest contact and approach people of different cultures, age groups and interests openly and attentively
• You are passionate about chocolate and want to learn more about Läderach and our chocolate world
• You convince with a likeable and well-groomed appearance and are characterised by team spirit, reliability and initiative
• You are willing to work on weekends and during school holidays and ideally live in the Glarus region or nearby
• You are also warmly welcome as a career changer - experience as a tour guide or specialist knowledge about chocolate is not required
