Your new responsibilities

Receiving and processing customer requests by phone and in writing
Ensuring professional customer service
Coordination with internal and external departments
Handling complaints
Independent case follow-up
Entering orders, returns, and credit notes

Invoice verification
Various monitoring tasks

What you bring

Basic commercial training or completed professional apprenticeship in the service sector
Fluency in French and German, both spoken and written
High stress resistance and good communication skills
Strong customer and service orientation
Sociable personality and team-oriented
Good computer skills
