Senior Project Manager Transformation & Innovation Networks (all)

About the job

In this demanding role within the Networks business unit, you will take the lead on central transformation and innovation projects. You actively shape the further development of our business unit, asset management, and our processes. In doing so, you ensure that projects are implemented professionally, efficiently, and sustainably.

• Leading cross-departmental transformation and key projects, including the implementation of our new EDM system landscape
• Coordinating and managing innovation projects – from idea to implementation
• Further developing and standardising our project management methods
• Implementing and ensuring project standards along the SIA phase model
• Building and further developing project governance and project controlling
• Coaching and supporting project managers within the company
• Close collaboration with Asset Management, Engineering, Operations, Network Economics, and other business units
• Moderating interfaces and managing demanding stakeholders

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, or comparable
• Several years of experience in leading interdisciplinary and complex projects, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector
• Sound knowledge of the SIA phase model
• Project management certification at intermediate to advanced level
• Very good knowledge of project management methods (classical and ideally agile/hybrid)
• Experience in transformation or innovation projects
• Strong implementation skills and structured working style
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and confident appearance
• Enjoyment of change and shaping in a dynamic environment
