For over 80 years, we have been committed to providing high-quality and affordable housing in the city of Zurich and its surroundings. With around 20 employees in the office and 40 employees in operations, we manage more than 2,500 cooperative apartments. Together, we strive daily to bring our guiding principle "Quality of life for generations" to life.

For the management of our properties in Zurich Schwamendingen, we are looking for a Technical Caretaker (80-100%) starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement

We are seeking a motivated, committed, and positively minded individual with a strong hands-on mentality who values good and successful collaboration.

• Maintenance and servicing of building technical systems
• Repair work in rental apartments
• Conducting apartment inspections
• Quality control on the property
• Monitoring and supervision of external service providers
• Enforcement of house rules
• First point of contact for our cooperative members
• Technical on-call service and team representation
• Winter maintenance

This is how you can convince us

• Several years of professional experience in the technical maintenance of residential properties
• Completed technical basic training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Preferably completed further training as a federally certified caretaker (or willingness to undertake further training)
• Independent and reliable working style
• Responsible, flexible, and loyal personality with strong team skills
• Good oral and written German skills as well as MS Office knowledge
• Driving licence category B
