• You coordinate our swap bodies and ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time
• You manage rentals from the first inquiry to clean billing
• You record and process orders efficiently and reliably
• You are the first point of contact for our customers – by phone and in writing
• You take over the deputy role for the care of a major customer
• You assist with administrative tasks
• You keep an overview and stay calm even in daily phone traffic

• Commercial basic training or comparable experience
• Experience in transport, logistics, or administration is an advantage
• Organizational talent with joy in pace and variety
• Customer-oriented thinking and solution-oriented working style
• Very good MS Office skills
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
