Main tasks – Team leadership (50 %)
Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure
- Leadership and further development of the IT infrastructure team
- Planning and implementation of IT projects (network, server, cloud, security)
- Budget responsibility and resource planning
- Ensuring IT security, availability, and scalability
- Interface to internal departments and external service providers
- Creation and maintenance of policies, processes, and documentation
- Technology evaluation and innovation management
Technical tasks – System Engineer (50 %)
Operation, maintenance, and further development of the server and network landscape
- Support of Microsoft environments (AD, Exchange, M365, Azure)
- Virtualization (e.g., VMware)
- Storage and backup management
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
- Support in 2nd/3rd level support
- Participation in rollouts, migrations, and system updates
What it takes
- Completed training in computer science (HF/FH) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration
- Leadership experience
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networks
- Analytical thinking, structured working method, high personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- German and English skills in spoken and written form
