About the job

• Leadership and further development of the IT infrastructure team
• Planning and implementation of IT projects (network, server, cloud, security)
• Budget responsibility and resource planning
• Ensuring IT security, availability, and scalability
• Interface to internal departments and external service providers
• Creation and maintenance of policies, processes, and documentation
• Technology evaluation and innovation management

• Support of Microsoft environments (AD, Exchange, M365, Azure)
• Virtualization (e.g., VMware)
• Storage and backup management
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
• Support in 2nd/3rd level support
• Participation in rollouts, migrations, and system updates

• Completed training in computer science (HF/FH) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration
• Leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networks
• Analytical thinking, structured working method, high personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• German and English skills in spoken and written form
