Our Talent Development Team plays an important role: we develop modern HR solutions, set new standards, manage HR processes and support leaders in fostering our talents with a view to tomorrow.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Business Support in Talent Development. In this role, you actively shape central HR processes and bring strategic initiatives into implementation – with direct impact on our bank and our talents.
Your tasks
- Responsible for designing, coordinating and implementing central HR processes such as succession planning and rank promotion
- Designing and monitoring processes to ensure efficient, understandable and consistent HR workflows along the employee lifecycle
- Close collaboration with HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, HR analysts and leaders
- Utilising HR data to optimise HR processes and to support decisions based on data
- Contributing to the further development of innovative Talent Development solutions
Your profile
- University degree or comparable qualification, complemented by solid project management experience
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, Talent Development or project management, preferably in the financial sector or a similarly complex environment
- Excellent ability to translate strategic concepts into purposeful, efficient HR processes and HR data into meaningful and convincing storylines
- Proven experience in the practical design, further development and implementation of modern HR processes in companies with progressive Talent Development
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style with strong implementation skills and a "hands-on" mentality
- Strong team player and integral personality with assertiveness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey concepts and initiatives at all levels of the organisation
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
