• Further training: Project Manager SES or a comparable qualification with a federal certificate is an advantage.

• Digital affinity: Very good MS Office skills and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new IT systems.
• Personal strengths: Independence, personal responsibility, flexibility, and a pronounced organisational talent.
• Linguistic competence: Knowledge of a second national language is an advantage.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel and driving licence category B.
