For a larger and versatile long-term care institution in Bern, we are looking for a Certified Nursing Expert 80–100 % immediately or by arrangement. The facility supports elderly people with diverse and sometimes complex care needs, combining professional nursing with personal and respectful care.

Professional development is not viewed separately from everyday nursing here. Nursing experts work closely with teams and management, accompany complex situations, and ensure that new insights actually reach practice. Various residential and care offerings create a versatile professional environment with exciting challenges. The workplace is located in Bern and is very well accessible by public transport.

Your tasks

• You go where nursing becomes demanding, analyse complex situations, and support teams in finding professionally sound and practical solutions
• You further develop nursing concepts, standards, and tools, ensuring that lived quality, not just theory, emerges
• You organise case discussions, training sessions, and professional inputs, enabling staff to confidently apply their knowledge in everyday nursing
• You collaborate on equal terms with professionals and management and actively contribute your expertise to quality, development, and change projects

Your profile

• You are a Certified Nurse HF/FH with advanced qualifications in nursing expertise or a comparable further education
• You bring solid nursing experience and ideally know the professional challenges that complex situations in long-term care entail
• You communicate very well in German and can convey demanding professional content so that it becomes understandable and applicable in practice
• You think analytically, ask the right questions, and enjoy constructively questioning existing structures and developing them together
