The district capital Dietikon is a vibrant regional center and an important economic location in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The fifth largest city in the canton of Zurich has around 28,000 inhabitants and counts around 3,100 students.
The Dietikon school currently comprises six school units. It has many years of experience in the field of special education and integration.
The Central school unit is located in the center of Dietikon, within walking distance to Dietikon train station. At this lively QUIMS school, we teach kindergarten, primary, and secondary school classes and run the intake classes of Dietikon. An optional day care completes the offer.
As of 01.08.2026, we are looking to complete our school team
Your tasks
o Class management of a 1st A class
o Teaching: 28 weekly lessons
o Subjects: German, English, RKE, BS (alternative subject takeover possibly feasible)
o Preparation, execution, and follow-up of lessons
o Close cooperation within the year group and level team
o Active participation in school and lesson development
Your profile
o Swiss teaching diploma or EDK-recognized diploma for this school level
o Flexibility, willingness to cooperate, and humor
o Structured and dynamic work attitude
o Enjoyment of heterogeneity and a multicultural working environment
o Goal-oriented collaboration with subject teachers and therapists
