About the job
Your new role
In your new role, you actively shape the future of our children and take on the main responsibility for a dynamic group of children aged 4 to 13 years. You influence their daily life as well as leisure activities and create a supportive, inspiring environment. In close collaboration with your team and in regular exchange with the parents, you ensure the best possible educational support according to our framework concept and quality guidelines. In addition, you are committed to promoting young talent by competently guiding apprentices (FaBe) and students of social and childhood education and supporting them on their professional path. Your working style is reflective and conceptually shaped, and you bring not only organizational skills but also administrative abilities and good PC knowledge.

- have a tertiary degree (HF/FH) in social work or childhood education.
- have experience working with children and their diverse life worlds.
- convince through reliability, resilience, as well as an appreciative and solution-oriented attitude.
- enjoy working in a team and count a reflective and conceptual working style among your strengths.
- meet the requirements for practical training of apprentices and students.
- have a strong flair for administrative tasks.
