Your Contribution

You take responsibility for planning, organizing, and leading your ward

You ensure that our performance goals are achieved together and are responsible for the nursing diagnostic process according to NANDA

You ensure high nursing quality and actively develop the nursing diagnostic process further

You participate in the ward management committee – in the sense of genuine co-design

You also work directly in nursing and are part of a committed, dynamic team as well as supporting the supervision of trainees and students

You actively contribute to interprofessional collaboration and continuous improvements (Lean Management)

Your Profile

You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF, FH with SRK recognition

You necessarily have several years of leadership experience in the acute sector, ideally in geriatric medicine

You have already completed a management training in healthcare

You enjoy taking responsibility and further developing your team as well as supporting trainees and students

You communicate clearly and keep an overview even in demanding situations

You treat elderly people with respect, empathy, and genuine appreciation
