The Electronics and Control Systems Department develops and implements electronic subsystems for the operation of PSI's accelerator facilities. To complement our electronics development team with a focus on electronic measurement systems for large research facilities, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Specification, conception, and documentation of control and measurement systems (hardware and software) for our large research facilities
- Development and implementation of system solutions as well as design and realization of electronic hardware
- Accompanying and leading development projects from start to commissioning at the facility
- Characterization and commissioning of the developed systems in close cooperation with project teams and other specialist groups
Your profile
- Completed studies in electrical engineering with many years of experience as a development and system engineer as well as in the development and conception of control and measurement systems
- Very good knowledge in analog and mixed-signal hardware development
- As an open personality with pronounced communication skills in German and English, you find it easy to deal with different contacts
- You like to actively contribute, drive projects forward, and have an independent, structured way of working
