You coordinate processes, manage ordering, write minutes, coordinate appointments, keep an overview, and support our nursing team. The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent, reliable, and committed individual as Assistant to the Head of the Intensive Care Nursing Department (m/f/d).

This is how you support us:
- You coordinate appointments and organise meetings as well as internal and external sessions
- You handle correspondence and prepare letters, emails, and other documents
- You are the first point of contact for residents, relatives, and external parties
- You take care of administration for admissions, discharges, and transfers
- You order medication as well as nursing and consumable materials
- You check RAI assessments and assist with nursing documentation
- You take minutes at meetings, case discussions, and important conversations
- You check the monthly statements of employees in Polypoint PEP
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ, Medical Practice Assistant (MPA), Medical Secretary, or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You enjoy organisation and administrative tasks
- You are the heart of our team, have good interpersonal skills, and an open ear for our residents, relatives, and team members
- You value interdisciplinary collaboration and engage both professionally and personally in our team
- You bring very good MS Office skills and are confident in using digital tools
- Ideally, you have knowledge of RAI LTCF or are willing to learn it
