At our company location in Rheinbreitbach (near Cologne/Bonn, Siegburg, Sankt Augustin, Hennef, Koblenz) we are looking to strengthen our Finance and Controlling team with an additional Controller (m/f/d).
These are your tasks- You analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS.
- You are responsible for budget planning, forecasts and actual vs. target comparisons.
- Conducting profitability and variance analyses to optimise production costs and processes is also part of your duties.
- You are responsible for the development and further enhancement of controlling instruments, especially in the areas of cost accounting and production control.
- You support management and departments with sound financial analyses and recommendations for action.
- You participate in strategic projects and investment calculations.
- You act as a key user in the introduction and further development of our ERP system.
- You contribute to optimising internal reporting structures and business processes.
- Ensuring compliance with our company policies and regulatory requirements is also part of your responsibilities.
- Completed degree in business administration (focus on accounting, controlling), commercial training or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Good commercial understanding
- Affinity for digitalisation topics
- Structured working style, initiative and team spirit
- Experience with SAP system S/4 HANA preferred
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
