For our residential team, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement as

Care Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) 60-80%.

Your tasks

• You accompany and support our residents in everyday residential life with topics such as household, health, social relationships and leisure activities.
• You take on key worker duties and contribute your observations and ideas to the support planning.
• You work interdisciplinarily with internal departments, parents and other persons.
• You document the progress professionally and write reports.
• You plan and design exciting modular leisure and support offers.

Your profile

• A completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification.
• Interest in pedagogical and social work issues.
• Enjoyment in working with young people and young adults.
• An open, humorous and responsible personality.
• Good PC user skills as well as the ability to express yourself in writing.
