What you can achieve:
You support the smooth running of our modern production and assembly processes and make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing.
Support for production staff with technical questions
Analysis and resolution of disruptions in the production environment
Electronic and mechanical assembly as well as carrying out tests on assemblies and instruments
Setting up and supervising production lines
Participation in improvement projects to increase quality, safety, and efficiency
Involvement in the introduction of new products into production
Support in creating and updating work instructions and technical documentation
Close collaboration with production, quality, engineering, and logistics departments
Support for lean and continuous improvement activities
What you bring:
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., polymechanic, automation technician, mechatronics technician, or equivalent)
Experience in an industrial production environment
Technical understanding of production processes
Enjoyment in analysing and solving technical challenges
Confident handling of IT systems and MS Office
Structured and independent working style
Very good German skills and English skills are an advantage
Team-oriented and communicative personality
