Hochbauplan GmbH is an independent construction management office in the heart of Zurich. We accompany demanding conversions, renovations and new buildings for public and private clients – from the first cost estimate to the warranty acceptance.

With us, you take responsibility and actively shape decisions.

Your tasks

You take on the independent management of demanding building construction projects across all SIA phases.

This includes in particular:

• Independent construction management from tendering to warranty acceptance
• Coordination of contractors, specialist planners, authorities and clients
• Ensuring quality, costs, deadlines and occupational safety
• Preparation of submissions and participation in contractor awards
• Cost control, quantity verification and change order management
• Organisation and leadership of construction meetings including minute-taking
• Contact person for all project participants

Your profile

• Certified construction manager HF or technician HF building construction (or comparable qualification)
• At least two years of experience in Swiss construction management
• Sound knowledge of the SIA phases
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• You communicate openly, act solution-oriented and actively contribute to the joint project success.
• Enjoy contact with clients, planners and contractors
• Organisational skills, initiative and sense of responsibility
