• Personal support and advice for Managed Services customers
• Negotiation, coordination and conclusion of Managed Services contracts
• Ensuring service deliveries and continuous coordination of operational processes
• Preparation and analysis of periodic service reports as well as conducting service meetings
• Ensuring appropriate and continuous communication between customer and Netcloud
• Financial and time controlling as well as initiation of customer billing
• Identification and coordination of continuous improvement measures
• Identification, co-design and implementation of service development
• Experience in service management and good technical understanding
• Knowledge in ICT infrastructure and/or security/cyber security
• University degree or equivalent education/training (e.g. business informatics)
• Method certifications (e.g. ITIL, CEH)
• Fluent German and English advantageous
• Customer-oriented communication and presentation skills as well as a convincing manner
• Team player and highly motivated
• Strong service orientation combined with high personal responsibility and independence
• Analytical, holistic and solution-oriented thinking
