Project Manager FM 100%- Planning, management and successful implementation of projects and subprojects
- Development and further development of facility management services and innovative concepts for new as well as existing customers (e.g. operational and implementation concepts)
- Support of operational service units in process and workflow optimisations to further develop existing mandates and services
- Collaboration in the FM implementation of new mandates and services
- Conducting strategic analyses of operational organisations and FM service models
- Consulting on the optimisation of operating costs and efficiency enhancement
- Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration or a comparable field, or a technical background with relevant further training in Facility Management
- Experience in carrying out operational or strategic projects in Facility Management (min. 5 years)
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, high initiative as well as strong customer orientation
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
