For our team in Visp, we are looking for a dedicated employee for Backoffice Disposition (m/f/d) who can support us with a working time between 40 and 60%. What is your job?
- Create offers: You create precise and appealing offers to provide our customers with tailored solutions while optimally fulfilling our operational requirements.
- Process invoices: You carefully process and check invoices to ensure our financial processes run smoothly and our customers are satisfied.
- Manage customer data: You maintain and update the master data with the utmost care to ensure a complete and up-to-date customer database.
- Accept & record transport orders: You accept transport orders and record them accurately in the system to ensure timely and efficient processing.
- Support the disposition: You actively support the disposition team in planning and coordinating transports to ensure all deliveries arrive on time and reliably.
What do you bring?
- Commercial or equivalent training with professional experience: You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and bring relevant professional experience.
- Very good MS Office skills: You are proficient in MS Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) and use them efficiently in your daily work.
- Independent, deadline-conscious working style: You work independently and reliably, always keeping deadlines in mind and completing tasks on time.
- Fluent in German, good knowledge of French: You communicate fluently in German and have good knowledge of French to interact competently with our French-speaking customers.
