Mission
You take on a central role in our special production at the Horgen site. Together with the team, you ensure the timely availability of our products from special production, adhering to all safety and quality standards.

Your impact:
- Setting up and operating CNC-controlled milling machines
- Programming parts on the CAM system (Mastercam). Creating, storing and managing all necessary programmes and production documents.
- Manufacturing individual parts, prototypes and small series
- Checking the manufactured parts using measuring and testing equipment
- Optimising production processes
- Carrying out daily maintenance work as well as caring for equipment and operating resources
- Independent collaboration with all interfaces (development, design, supply chain, maintenance)
- Production plan: reading, interpreting, prioritising and implementing
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ, Toolmaker EFZ or comparable qualification.
- Professional experience > 15 years on CNC-controlled milling machines
- Sound knowledge of Mastercam and Cimco CAD/CAM software
- Experience with Fanuc controls
- Confident reading of technical drawings
- Experienced use of SAP and MS Office programmes
- Good manufacturing knowledge with aluminium and brass
- Advanced knowledge in the field of duro- and thermoplastics is an advantage
- Crane operator’s licence
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
