About the job
Our institution in public ownership offers a safe and loving home to 86 elderly people in four residential groups – including a protected area for people with dementia. Respectful interaction with the individual personality, life history, and abilities of our residents is at the center of our actions.
The interprofessional team consists of around 120 dedicated employees. The offer is complemented by 24 senior apartments that enable independent and assisted living in old age.
Responsibilities
- Your area of responsibility includes the care and support of patients
- You support your team colleagues in the early and late shifts in the dementia department
- As a link between the different departments, you also ensure smooth cooperation and exchange
- You help with the further development of the company and can improve care processes
Requirements Profile
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or a comparable qualification with SRK recognition
- You have an independent and resilient working style and already have professional experience in long-term care
- You enjoy working with people and constantly developing your knowledge
- Thanks to your knowledge of RAI and EasyDOK, you can quickly find your way in your new area of responsibility
